INTRODUCING BARBARA L. ROSENFELD
DUE TO A FAMILY EMERGENCY, I AM TAKING NO FURTHER CASES AT THE PRESENT TIME.
As a dedicated lawyer, you know the importance of satisfying your clients. In times of conflict, this is ever more important - as time, money and emotions can be drained in litigation. Barbara Rosenfeld facilitates efficient resolution of disputes through mediation.
Barbara is a seasoned lawyer with a record of success in civil litigation and a well-established reputation for effective consensus building amongst the major Hollywood studios. She is committed to resolving your disputes expeditiously – with sensitivity to the competing interests at stake.
Barbara has a broad perspective and negotiation skills. She worked in a law firm and in-house at Bank of America and at the Motion Picture Association of America. She has advocated in judicial, administrative and legislative forums, and served as a neutral in multiple capacities.
Barbara has a J.D. degree from Hastings College of the Law and an LL.M. in tax from NYU. She has worked in the area of state and local taxation, federal taxation and foreign taxation, both domestically and abroad.
Barbara has worked with a number of prominent and accomplished advocates, who share their views of her special talents in mediation:
- Creative Conflict Resolution of Significant and Complex Issues
Barbara was able to “search for and find common ground when none seemed visible, then with dexterity dress that common ground in creative solutions which won over dissidents.” Jack Valenti, former White House Special Assistant to President Lyndon B. Johnson, and former President and CEO of the Motion Picture Association of America. [See full testimonial.]
- Accurate Evaluation of a Diverse Range of Cases and Tenacity to Bring to Favorable Resolution
